Senior Account Specialist & Senior Program Manager

Terry is the Director of Program Management & Underwriting with Lighthouse Risk & Insurance Solutions in Walnut Creek, California. She specializes in driving underwriting profitability and program success, with more than 30 years of insurance experience.

Mrs. Briggs brings deep experience in program development and P&C underwriting. In addition, Mrs. Briggs brings significant experience in start-up operations. Prior to joining LRIS, Mrs. Briggs served as a member of the executive team that successfully launched a specialty underwriting and program management operation.

Previously, Mrs. Briggs served as a Program Underwriting Manager at Apollo General Insurance Agency, Inc. At Apollo General Insurance Agency, Mrs. Briggs built rigor around underwriting processes and procedures, including establishing governance protocols and managing general agent relationships. Mrs. Briggs began her career with Farmers Insurance Group of Companies working in claims and their insurance Defense Firm.

Mrs. Briggs carries a designation "Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist".
